The breakfast selection was diverse, featuring natural juices and great vegetarian options, which was a lovely start to the day. The internet had its moments. however, it was included in the room rate, which provided some relief during busy periods. On a negative note, the security staff did not respond adequately during a transportation issue, and the impersonal feel detracted from the overall experience. Also, the unexpected credit card policy caused significant inconvenience and stress during my stay.

My stay was wonderful, especially since I loved having a cozy workspace in my room and the breakfast was full of delicious vegetarian options. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for winding down after a long day. One little hiccup was that the door cards were a bit unreliable, but it didn’t take away from my experience. 😊

I had an excellent time enjoying the culinary scene near Transamerica! Places like Sushi Bol and Casa do Pao de Queijo had me tasting the authentic flavors of Sao Paulo. Plus, the staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was pretty yummy with lots of options!
On the flip side, I did ask for a meeting room early on and was told there would be a fee. The wifi was a bit tricky to log into, and the TV channels weren't the most exciting.

The rooms were clean and provided with air conditioning, which is a plus in Sao Paulo. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, accommodating my needs efficiently. The complimentary breakfast included a variety of options, and the small restaurant and bar in the lobby were quite pleasant. The rooftop pool offered a nice view and a relaxing atmosphere.
The internet connection was inconsistent at times.

I liked the spacious Standard Double Room. It had a comfy bed and sufficient air conditioning. The hotel was clean, and I appreciated the friendly staff. The breakfast offered a lot of variety every morning, with fresh juices and good vegetarian options. The location is decent. it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station, which isn't ideal but manageable. I also enjoyed a nice, quiet rooftop pool with a pleasant view, perfect for relaxing after busy days. One issue was the internet. it was spotty at times, which was frustrating while trying to work. Also, the nearby restaurants were overpriced, and the food at the hotel restaurant fell short of expectations. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you need a place close to Allianz Parque but be aware of the internet reliability and dining options.
